Andrew Bish is the Chief Operating Officer of BISH Enterprises, a family-owned agricultural manufacturing firm based in Giltner, Nebraska. Under his leadership, the company has become an innovation hub, developing advanced harvesting solutions for corn and specialty crops—most notably the world’s largest folding corn header, which has helped large-scale farmers boost efficiency and reduce downtime. Andrew is also the founder of Hemp Harvest Works, a company providing customized machinery and consulting for hemp producers. His work has modernized harvest processes and helped position Nebraska as a potential leader in the hemp economy.
A nationally recognized leader in agricultural policy and innovation, Andrew serves as President of the Hemp Feed Coalition and partners with a wide network of agricultural associations across Nebraska, the U.S., and globally to drive policy reform and technological progress. He has led federal and state advocacy to authorize hemp seed meal for animal feed, expand market access for producers, and streamline regulatory pathways. With a passion for sustainable agriculture and rural economic development, Andrew continues to bridge the gap between technology, policy, and the farm—working to build a future where innovation empowers family farms and strengthens regional economies.
