Bish Implement Mover

The Bish Implement Mover is a universal equipment handling system for safely lifting, moving, transporting, servicing and testing combine headers and 3-point implements across multiple brands. It is built around a Universal Inner Frame that works with John Deere, Case IH, CLAAS, New Holland, Gleaner, Massey Ferguson and Fendt headers, and it attaches to telehandlers, wheel loaders, forklifts, skid loaders, tractors and combines. It lifts up to 18,000 lbs and replicates the latching system on a combine, so the header is locked to the mover the same way it locks to a combine.

It is built for equipment dealers and their service departments, custom harvesters, producers, auction companies, equipment manufacturers and trade show logistics companies. Anyone who regularly moves headers or 3-point implements from more than one brand can use it.

It has three parts. A mount assembly fits your lifting machine (forklift, wheel loader, telehandler, tractor 3-point or combine). The Neutral Inner Frame (part 751-0024-18) attaches to that mount. An outer frame matched to your header brand, or a 3-point hitch frame, latches to the inner frame. Because the inner frame is quick-attach and quick-detach, you can switch between header brands and implements by changing the outer frame instead of buying another mover.

There are four: the Combine Header Mover and the 3-Point Implement Mover, which both use the quick-attach Universal Inner Frame and are OSHA compliant when latched; the Traditional Head Mover, a standard head mover without latching components that is not OSHA compliant; and the Forage Header Mover, which is coming soon.

Most head movers are homemade or brand-specific and only fit one or two manufacturers' headers. The Bish Implement Mover works across brands, attaches quickly instead of needing manual setup, has a heavy-duty design, adjusts from Category 1 to Category 4 for 3-point implements, latches the header securely for OSHA compliance, and can mount on a combine for header transport and run-testing.

Up to 18,000 lbs, depending on the configuration. The 3-Point Implement Mover is rated for 10,000 lbs and the Traditional Head Mover for 8,000 lbs. Your lifting machine also needs enough capacity for the load; some bucket loaders don't have enough lifting capacity for heavier headers.

The Combine Header Mover and 3-Point Implement Mover use latching components that replicate the latching systems on modern combines, forage harvesters and 3-point quick hitches. The Traditional Head Mover does not include latching components and is not OSHA compliant without them.

John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, CLAAS Lexion, Gleaner, Massey Ferguson and Fendt IDEAL headers, plus aftermarket headers (such as MacDon and Geringhoff) configured to run on John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, CLAAS and AGCO combines. Outer frames include John Deere/Case IH/CLAAS, John Deere X Series (X9), Gleaner/Massey Ferguson (AGCO), Fendt IDEAL and Kemper header frames. Examples include 12-row 30" John Deere and CLAAS corn head frames, 8-row 30" Case IH corn heads, John Deere C12F corn heads and draper heads for X9 combines, and MacDon flex drapers.

Yes. The 3-Point Implement Mover adjusts from Category 1 to Category 4, an industry first, so one mover handles nearly any 3-point implement. It has been used to move cultivators (including a 16' cultivator), tractor blades and shredders.

A dedicated Forage Header Mover is under development and coming soon. It is designed to handle forage headers with the same ease and security as our other movers. Contact us to be notified when it's available.

Forklifts, payloaders and wheel loaders, telehandlers, skid loaders, tractor 3-point hitches and combines. It can also attach to bucket loader hookups. Bish offers a growing catalog of custom mount assemblies, and we design custom brackets for machines that aren't on the list.

Forklift mount assemblies are available for the Clark CDP110 (part 751-9001), Case 588 (751-9023), Toyota 816R and Sellick S100 (751-9006), Harlo HP8500 (751-9007), Daewoo G45S-2 (751-9011), Clark C70D (751-9016), Hyster 155 (751-9014) and Doosan D70S2 (751-9015).

We have mounts for JRB 416 couplers (part 751-9019), which fit many Case, Cat, Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, John Deere, Kawasaki, Komatsu, Liebherr, New Holland, Terex and Volvo loaders, and JRB 418 couplers (751-9020) for larger loaders such as the Case 821F and 921G, Cat 950M and 962M, John Deere 644K and 724K, Komatsu WA380 and WA430, and Volvo L110H and L120H. Machine-specific mounts are available for the Caterpillar 938F (751-9025), Caterpillar IT Series 2 and above (751-9005), John Deere 600 and 700 Series and 644E (751-9008), Caterpillar 950F (751-9012), Case 821F with JRB 418 coupler (751-9010), Caterpillar 966K (751-9021), Caterpillar 950E (751-9022), and John Deere 624K2 and Hyundai HL955TM (751-9024).

Telehandler mount assemblies are available for the Caterpillar IT Series telehandlers including the Cat IT62G (part 751-9018), Gehl DL8 (751-9003), JLG 1255 and JLG G10-55A (751-9004), JCB Q-Fit couplers (751-9009), Genie GTH-1544 (751-9013) and Genie GTH-844 (751-9017).

Yes. The universal tractor 3-point mount assembly (part 751-9002) fits Category II and Category III hitches.

Yes. The Combine Mount Assembly attaches the Implement Mover directly to a combine feederhouse, so dealers and service departments can lift, maneuver, service and run-check headers that would normally be incompatible with that combine. For example, a Case IH Flagship combine can move a Geringhoff corn head or a MacDon flex draper equipped to run on a John Deere combine.
